We have procured Jira and Atlassian Access product, as per the Atlassian Okta is free with Atlassian Access, we have configured SSO with okta to sign in on Atlassian product, now we are facing some issue in okta and we are not able to log any case in okta support.
Could you please suggest who will support in Okta that is free with Atlassian Access as we are not able to riase a case, and from where we can check our subscription status of Okta.
