Need help to make field values required , while selected another field values

We have one requirement based on two single select choice fields.

When we select one field values, then another field values required like the way of cascading fields.

Can you please help on this

Most people will do this with the Behaviours module in Scriptrunner (blatant marketing on my part here), but natively you can't do it.  The closest you can get is putting validators on to transition on the workflow that can block the change of status if your field data does not match your rules.
