Need help to resolve JIRA Dashboard error

My colleague has setup a new JIRA dashboard and she made this public. But still I am facing issue while accessing the same.

I am also having the editor role for this JIRA board.

You need to look at the sharing permissions of the underlying filter(s). Additionally, users will likely require Browse Projects permission to the project(s) being queried.
