In one project, when I look at an active sprint in Advanced Roadmaps I see more issues for a sprint than I would going to the project, clicking on Backlog, and looking at the workload by assignee for that sprint.
The only thing I can think of is there is a status in the of unmapped statuses column that corresponds to the tickets that appear only in Advanced Roadmaps.
Is it true that the workload by Assignee report excludes issues whose statuses are in the unmapped statuses column, and if so, why is it when using the same board as an issue source in Advanced Roadmaps they are not excluded from plans and capacity planning in particular?
