Need help writing scriptrunner to expand Project Roles to not include groups.

We are migrating our Jira to another Server that uses a different ldap and groups.  We do not want to duplicate the old groups from the old ldap to the new ldap, so I would like to write a scriptrunner script to read the roles, if there is a group, add each individual user to that role and delete the group.  I have found examples of identifying the admins and expanding out their names but nothing for the rest.

Or can someone point me to the documentation for the classes and what is defined in them so I can figure this out?
