Need information on AMPS SDK

Hi,

I am looking to develop custom plugins to be compatible with JDK 11 and Jira version 8.20.x with the latest AMPS support.

While going through the Atlassian documentation and searching for the appropriate AMPS version for our custom plugins, I ended up with lots of confusion.

1. Couldn't find the recommended AMPS version to be used for Jira 8.20.x and JDK 11

2. Couldn't find the latest(AMPS 8.3.1) SDK download link from https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/amps-sdk-release-notes/

3. The marketplace shows the SDK is "unsupported"

4. The version history doesn't have compatible versions for Jira 8.20.x and Jira datacenter.

Any ideas or recommendations would be highly appreciated. :)
