Need the respective comments against logged work

Hi,

We use the plugin "Timesheet Reports and Gadgets" to log work and keep track of the logged work in JIRA.
When we select the option to log work, we get a screen with the fields "Time Spent" and "Comments" and some users add a comment for the logged work and some don't add anything in the comment.
We wanted to have a list of all the comments against the respective logged work, which, users have logged in order to find out that why a user has logged the work and also to question those who haven't added any comment.

Is that possible?
