Need to Approve using Email in Cloud Software Project

Need to Approve using Email reply in Cloud Software Project ?

User has to receive the email as below 

Please Reply to the same email as follows
Approved to Approve the CR
Declined to Reject the CR
Deferred to Defer the CR

And As soon user sends an email Approve Status should change to Approved if its decalin the status should be Rejected same as for third line.

I have set up the Automation for Status Change based on Comment contains and Its working if i add the comment Manually.

Also i have setup the Automation to send an email and users are receiving the emails but comments are not getting added because of Automation email address is sending the email.

Can any one have any suggestions ?

Hi Sudharsan,

Take a look at this article and see if it guides you to what you want to do. It says JSM, but I think it would work with a JSW project as well. If it is helpful please give it a Like.  :-)

Brilliant work, This Approval email is for Management, Every time i click on Approve or other Button the below is popping up
