Need to add a comment as a post function with current user and time

I want a comment to be added automatically through post functions when a transition is made. This comment need sto capture the date and time of the transition.

SOmething like:

"<Current Date/Time> - AN Account expired by <Person who clicked button>."

If you have Automation for Jira add-on, you can try to create a rule that adds comment on transition. Use this content for comment:

{{now}} - AN Account expired by {{initiator.displayName}}
