Need to add wiki page on Jira to create list of email address

Hi everyone, I am a Jira administrator, and I need to add a wiki page on Jira to create a list of employees and their basic contact information. I wanted to add confluence but the problem is, I don't have access to the email address that was used for creating the Jira account.

I think in this case you (or the Site Owner) will have to reach out to the Atlassian Support, they should be able to help you.
