Need to change issue from bug to task

A user has created an issue as a bug and wants to change it to a task instead.  I was going to display all issues, go to bulk changes, select the one issue then change it to bug.  However, when I display all issues, the bug does not show up in the list.  I tried entering the following in the search however nothing displays.  Is there another way to change this issue to a task?

project = ITSOL AND key = ITSOL-3260 AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY key DESC, priority DESC, updated DESC

project = ITSOL AND issuetype = Bug AND key = ITSOL-3260 AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY key DESC, priority DESC, updated DESC

Hi @Monica Collins ,

When you open the issue do you have the option More->Move ?
You can also change the issue type via this option.
