You want to copy one special issue's description to another type? or there are many issues from Story to Test?

And if in the 2nd situation, how do you match the issues in two different type?

The short answer, you need an app to achieve that and Automation for Jira does it quite nicely. Which apps do you currently have installed? Also, what's the trigger to copy the description over?
