Need to have checkbox field where we can have manual value entry

We need to have checkbox type field to enter values manually not to have the fixed values.

Any possibility of having like this field in jira

Unfortunately OOTB this is not possible, but there are addons like Table Grid or Stagil Tables and Checklist that should do the job.
