Can you please provide us the server version of jira for JIRA v1000.747 ?
If not, kindly provide the URL from where we can download the exe for JIRA v1000.747.

There is no exact direct mapping between Cloud and Server, as the the products have diverged in some key areas of their code.

However, Cloud is always the latest version, so unless you're working with a backup of Cloud from the past, the answer is "use the very latest stable release of JIRA Server"
