Need to know the major updates changes from Jira enterprise versions 7.13 to 8.5.

We are planning to upgrade to 8.5 and would know what are the additional things included from our past version 7.13. Can someone point me to a doc or provide me details on what are the major changes from version 7.13 to 8.5. Any documentation/link or details will be helpful.
