Need to make the Field Mandatory using the behavior

As per the requirement need to make the severity field Non-Mandatory for the some projects. 

Used the behavior to make the Field Non-Mandatory by defining the Project Keys by specifying a If Clause. 

Now need to specify the class for making the code check the Field Config that these Projects are using.

Hi Ashok,

Are you using Jira Cloud as mentioned on this ticket if so, behaviours use the UI modifications API provided by Atlassian.

This means you can set fields required and as optional but can't check the field config schemes.

We have an example of making fields mandatory here that may help.

are you talking about Behaviour provided by scriptrunner? If yes, you can define a mapping to make that behaviour working for specific projects.

Hi Fabio,

I have removed the Required from the Field config to the Severity field. And used the Script runner Behavior to make the field required to the other project except the fields that I have defined.

Now my requirement is to check both the field config and the Project and then make the field mandate in the field configs mandate apart from the project that I have selected. And this should not impact the other Field Configs as I have mapped the Global Projects with the Issue type.

Can you please provide any resolution in this scenario.
