I need to move all info on date from a customized field called "Planned Due Date" into the standard "Due Date". I am talking about 400 tickets. Would it be possible with a script?
what do you suggest?

Hi Laura,
Sure - you can create an Automation rule with a Scheduled trigger. Leave it for running every one week.
Then just to test, put in a JQL query on the trigger for Key = ABC-123 where that is the key for one of your issues to test.
Then add a new action for Edit Issue.
Select Due date, click the 3 dots to the side of the field and choose Copy.
The click on Due date words - in the popup, change the bottom field from Due date to your Planned Due Date field.
Save and publish.
Then click the Run rule button to run it immediate.
If it all works out, then you can update your JQL query to get all of your issues and then save, publish and run the rule.
After everything is good to go, disable the rule so that it doesn't run every week.
