Need to show Committed vs Actual vs "Scope Change During Sprint" story points

I would be needing help in creating a dashboard which will help me in showing Committed vs Actual vs "Scope Change During Sprint" story points.

I know that in JIRA Committed vs Actual is available but how can I show this third value also along with the existing one.

I am attaching a picture also which I have created in excel, but I want the same to be created in JIRA automatically

Try our Great Gadgets  app. It includes a Team Velocity gadget that display also the Scope Change along with Initially and Finally Committed story points.  It also includes a data table for every sprint.

Thats really helpful but for the individual one and for committed vs actual.

My question is still there on how to calculate for after scope change points.
