We have shared issues where work is logged by different employees and when i create a smart filter for logged work using worklogauthor = (user name) it sums all work logged on all issues in the filter not just the work logged by that individual user. When I use time spent by the standard "account manager" filter we have built it filters by the the account manager assigned to the ticket and not the one who logged the time. Any help please!
Thank you sir, and thank you for the reply. We do have the Timesheet addon. All the gadgets with Timesheet are fixed and not subject to the filtering gadget on the dashboard. I have used the time worked gadget but wanted to be able to use a smart filter to pull the work logged by a specific user and display either in a smart counter gadget or in a pie chart.
I have the pie chart created and used my smart filter worklogauthor = (user.name) but the results, as i mentioned, pull the totality of work logged for a specific issue and does not filter by the actual user.
Anyway, appreciate the advice and any other insights you have. Took the deep dive into dashboard building and opted not to start with the floaties!! LOL! Forgive any naivete.
