Need to update a Box URL in a Custom Field upon workflow stage change using HREF HTML

Hi,

I found this solution below for my problem but it looks like it's for an onsite server version of Jira and not the cloud version.   Is there a way that I can use an HREF HTML code script to change a custom field to a hyperlink label and not the full verbose URL.

For example:

Box URL is like:  http://www.box.com/u/asdasarewwevwerw

Preferred Box Link in Field to look like:  Discovery Document

HTML code I want to use:  <a href="url">link text</a>
