Need to update fields like comments on Linked Tickets across instances.

We have multiple instances in our environments. We have certain processes where we link tickets from one instance to another. Is there a a way to also update like fields across all liked tickets from different instances. For example if I add a comment, linked ticket on other instance gets the same comment.
