Need your inputs to find out linked projects from Db using DB query

we need to extract details of linked projects list from database using DB query 
for analysis purpose,
Actually we are migrating from one data center to another data center jira instance, above analysis will help us to understand the impact and solution approach

Projects do not have links between each other (unless you mean where they are grouped by the project category?)

Do you mean you are looking for where a project has issues in it that are linked to other issues in different projects?

The database is not a good way to look for those...
