Hi Team,
We are performing JIRA migration from datacenter to cloud using JCMA and observed that custom scripted fields are not migrated, Request you to let us know the ways to configure them post migration
Jira Server/DC and Jira Cloud are very very different systems, and Jira Cloud does not support scripted fields in the same way Server does.
You can achieve the same effects in most cases, but you will need to rewrite your scripts. Adaptavist (the SR people, and my employer) have a team dedicated to helping you do that. Please do start a conversation with them at https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/user/login?destination=portal%2F2
Hi @Nitisha Paresay ,
The app's teams are working hard to try to minimise manual work, but it didn't arrive to all feature yet
If JCMA and the app didn't migrate the scripted fields, unfortunately you may need to reconfigure them manually.
