Needs to restrict certain users to edit priority field for specific project

We need to restrict editing of "Priority" system field certain users. We are using ScriptRunner 3.1.3, JIRA v6.3.14. Priority field becomes read-only when I apply behaviour read-only for create screen/edit screen. But it can be modified from the view screen, I mean inline edit is available for fields where the behavior is applied.

Note: Fields can only be edited in-line when they are added in your "Edit Screen", the "View Screen" just controls what fields to display. The issue itself maybe with the way you configure your plugin or you there is an overlap.

As mentioned, we need certain group the privilege to edit "Priority" and should be restricted edit for others. So it should be there in edit screen.
