Hello,

Welcome to community :) 

This generally happens when the project key was updated and old key was deleted

•  JRACLOUD-91439: Deleting the original project key on a team-managed project breaks the timeline view

To resolve this, kindly make use of the 'Fix my Timeline' button at the bottom to ensure that the problem with the Timeline is fixed.
