Is there a way to nest tasks under a customer ticket in the sales pipeline when viewing the list? This way you can see the collapsed customer ticket and then expand to see the related tasks. Or does the customer behave like an epic in a software project?
I want to be able to group the tasks/subtasks by customer ticket for better visibility.
