New Gen issues moved to Classic Project but missing in backlog

New Gen Project Issues migrated to Classic Project but not appearing in Agile board.

Interesting thing is in the Board Col mapping i can see the count but when we return to Board its not appearing.

Also the board filter the missing issues is listed. Please note all the issues its in TO DO status.

Hi @Shanto Antony ,

The reported behavior seems the same described in the below known bug:

• JSWCLOUD-17902 - Stories are disappearing from the backlog (in classic) when moved from a next-gen project

Since the  workaround section for the above bug says to  contact support, I have opened a support ticket on your behalf (JST-482760) in order to have the workaround applied.
