I've created a new Kaban board but I've thousands of issues already on it.
How can I filter out all these erroneous issues and only display the items I ave associated with this board?
Does each board have some sort of number?
Depends on the type of board it is.
How did you create this board? From a project? Or from a filter?
If project, then it gets complex because the projects have two different types - we actually need to know if they are "team managed" or "company managed" (look at the bottom left of the left-hand panel when you are in the project) and which application they are for - Jira Work Management (Business projects), Jira Service Management, Product Discovery, or Jira Software?
Hi @Lee Street
From the Board settings change the filter to something which will show only issues you need on the boards.
Configure columns and Backlog, this will help cleanup the issues to some extent, rest depends on what you need on the board and how you want to manage the tickets.
This article might help you with the configuration of the board: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/configuring-a-board-938845252.html
