New Layout Enabled for some, did they get the option?

Some users have the new layout and they've said they didn't do anything to accept it.

Can I tell who has it? Or if they acknowledged it?

Following up on the timeline for enabling the new navigation, I’d like to share the details below:

• We’ll begin rolling out the new navigation to Standard plan sites starting mid-April 2025.

• If you’re an admin, please note that the option to turn off the new navigation will be removed, and it will be enabled for all users on the site.

• For Jira and Atlassian Home, individual users will still have the ability to disable the new navigation for themselves only until the end of May 2025. This does not affect other users on the same site.

From an admin perspective, it's currently not possible to view which users have the new navigation enabled or whether they’ve acknowledged any related prompts. However, individual users can check if they’re using the new navigation by visiting their personal Jira settings.
