New Plan view Today and New Work Does Not display and Search bar is gone?

Anyone notice that an update was done in Plans today? the View is different and the search is no longer there in the left upper hand corner. Also when I add new features to my plan they are not displaying even after I refresh :(

We also just noticed this change... which is super frustrating! I don't see any announcements or updates from Atlassian regarding this change. It seems like the new UI for Plans is broken.
