Upload your app: How is your app installed?  If it is a Server/Data Center/Cloud (Connect) app you should specify the JAR/OBR option.  If it is a Forge app, you specify that option.  If you have the URL where Atlassian can download the app, specify the URL option.

App Key: This would be the Java-style package identification

App file location: Specify location that Atlassian can download the app

Binary URL: If you specify the URL for download, specify it here

Name: Name of your application

Compatible Application and versions: What Atlassian product (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) does this plug into and what is the minimum and maximum version

Version number: What's the version number of your application?
