New description editor in the Create Issue modal

I really like to use the new description editor (that's part of the new issue detail UI) it allows me use markdown and some extra bits like Info panels.

However when creating a new issue the modal window pops up and uses the old text editor. So I often find myself just adding in the title > saving > clicking the issue number in the notification > filling in the rest of the details in the new UI. It makes it hard(er) to add multiple issue in a row.

Is there a way to create issue using the new UI?

Just curious if there is any kind of roadmap on rolling out new editor and other 'New issue view' stuff around?

In addition, pasting an image *always* creates a thumbnail (even if you remove the "!thumbnail" part of the link) in the Create Issue pop up as opposed to pasting an image into the edit window which pastes in the full-size image (preferred, so screenshots of bugs do not need to be clicked on to view), hence creating issues becomes more complex than it should be.
