New hire's confirmation email not arriving

hi there, we are struggling to get new employee's their registration confirmation email once they've registered on the site. Please can you assist to check if there are any emails to @libertyhealth.net stuck in mail queues?

Check you mail server which you have configure for the incoming mail handler.

Check did you receive mail in your mail box. if not then there is issue with the mail server.

If you are receiving mail the check the mail handler. Check the configuration.

Thank you for responding @Sachin Dhamale

Unfortunately the email is not arriving at our mail servers / handlers at all.  It seems to be limited to the verification email as filter subscriptions are delivering just fine - even though the user hasn't fully completed the registration and verification process.

I've seen from other threads that the mails might be stuck on Atlassian side.  any way you can check and confirm?

If the email it self is not coming to the mail server inbox that means there is some issue with the mail server. Check the mail server the email id mentioned is working fine.

Because once mail reach to the inbox the issue creation will trigger.

@Sachin Dhamale , we are receiving all other emails from the system (e.g. I can send email to the intended recipients email address from within the systems section -> send email option and that delivers just fine.

The issue is limited to the registration verification email that seems to come from a noreply+c99c... etc @am.atlassian.com address.  It's not reaching our mail server at all and our technical teams have confirmed this through monitoring emails from Atlassian to the @libertyhealth.net domain.

@Daniel Eads , this might be similar to the issue you assisted on here - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Account-questions/Not-receiving-confirmation-email/qaq-p/1768492

Hope you guys can assist as I'm out of options.
