New issue auto move to back log ( kanban template)

Please help us to see these config, i want all issue stand in board

Welcome to the community !!

If you are a board administrator, then Open the board and go to Configure Board --> Columns. 
See what status is mapped to Backlog section. Removing the status from it will add new issues to the board.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

@Rilwan Ahmed 's suggestion will work for a Company Managed project.

For a Team Managed project you need to instead go to Project Settings > Features and turn off the Backlog feature.

Look at the bottom of the panel on the left for the statement that says whether the project is Team Managed or Company Managed to determine which solution you need to use.
