Since today, the new navigation bar appears to be enabled by default for all accounts.
We are unhappy with this change. Regardless of the available configuration options, the overview in Product Discovery Projects has significantly worsened for our clients. Additionally, when sharing screens in meetings, attendees are now much more likely to see an overview of projects the presenter is working on. This is indiscreet.
Please help.

Yes, that's for the new UI which Atlassian already annoucened. As a bulk, you cannot revert back to old UI.

If that's only for you as admin, you can revert back as mentioned in above link.
Check out "Can I turn the new navigation off?" section in the above link.
I would suggest you to let your users know about the new change via newsletter or other forms.
