New project created in JIRA should also be created in GreenHopper, Bamboo and Stash Tools

When a New project is created in JIRA, this should Trigger and create this Project in other Tools also.

All tools have Application Link configured in the Admin settings screen.

I dont want to create manually create projects in other Atlassian Tools.
