New project not listed in new issue drop down - Salesforce Jira Server Connector

Hello, i configured the Salesforce / Jira Server connector.

On the Case record, i clicked on Create New Issue and it takes me to a page to select a project and issue type but the list of projects are blank.  How do I get projects to show up?
