I'm using JIRA 7.1.9. When I make changes to the report <properties> in atlassian-plugin.xml, those changes don't apply through quick reload. The only way that managed to apply the changes is restarting the JIRA instance.
I finished testing my changes to the report and uploaded the packaged plugin to the live/production JIRA instance. The properties changes don't show up here either. Restarting the production instance is much more taboo.
I tried uninstalling and then installing the report plugin, but that didn't help. Browser hard refresh and cache purging doesn't help either. Pretty sure its a server-side issue.
Are there any workarounds for getting the report properties changes to appear without having to restart the JIRA instance?
