Hi,
I invited a new employee to Jira Cloud (free tier) before their mailbox was set-up. Once the employee's mailbox was set-up, I resent the email, checked spam folder, deleted user and re-created, etc. but the invite never showed up.
Reading through the forums, it seems like this particular situation creates a bounce error which needs to be removed so that the invite can then be resent successfully.
Can someone from the Atlassian team remove this block?

You might want to reach out to Atlassian support directly on this matter:
They would need to investigate from the logs why these bounce errors are getting created.

Thanks for your answer. Looks like Atlassian support is not available for the free Cloud tier which we're on.
Does Atlassian monitor these forums and step in on occasion?

Yes, they do monitor these forms and hopefully, they can jump in and solve this issue.
