I've added new user diana@celcom.com.my, however she didn't receive the new user invite email to setup her account. I"ve tried trigger resent the email invite but still not received.
I see that this thread below might be related, there's an email bounce that needs to be cleared by someone from Atlassian team. Would anyone be able to help please?
this is the community part of atlassian world, so people here are just normal users like you.
As I can judge, atlassian staff does not really monitor this community, so it is probably better that you report your issue directly to support at Atlassian Support.
