Hello @Ismail Sanni
Please provide more information.
Are you creating issues in Team Managed projects or Company Managed projects? Work Management, Software, or Service projects?
Have you ensured that you do not have any quick filters selected when viewing the board?
Boards for Company Managed Software project boards may be based on filters, and the filter may exclude issues in the status that your new issues are in. You should still be able to find all the issues in a project if you go to the Filters > Advanced issue search screen and search for the issues.
Additionally Issue Security may be implemented and it may be implemented in such a way that the new issues you create are getting hidden from you immediately after creation.
To help diagnose the issue more we will need to see to know the details for a specific example where you have created an issue and it does not appear where you expect to see it.
Tell us the type of project - Company/Team, Business/Software/Service.
Show us the Board screen where you are looking for the issue.
If it is a board for a company managed project, show use the Filter Query for the board.
If it is a kanban board, show us the Sub-filter also.
Show us the issue you created.
Hi Trudy,
Thanks for your swift reply,
It is a Work Management project
it is company managed
There is no issue security
There is no specific filter to the board, when I even try to filter it by my name, it doesn't come up also.
I only access it by the link the automation sends to me when creating the issue.
