Next Gen Projects - Where are they? Or are they there already?

I am trying to create a 'next gen' project using the Jira guide, which says to select 'Try a Next Gen Project' from (after) the Create Project button. However, I don't see any of the templates designated as 'Next Gen' as in the post nor as shown on the Video that was sent out this morning about 'New Jira'. What are the real instructions? Or is every project type now a 'Next Gen' type and that information is now outdated? Thanks.

Hello,

Are you on Server or Cloud? Next-gen projects are only available for Jira Cloud.
