No ClassDefFooundError on adding dependency in pom.xml of JIRA plugin

I am adding dependencies in pom.xml but it is showing ClassDefFooundError.This is pom.xml.

Hello Rajat,

Unfortunately, your post is not clear. Could you please clarify?

I think you're getting NoClassDefFoundError. In which step? And which class? Share logs, stack traces and more details in order to get help.
