No Longer Able to Auto-Add Issues to Sprint

Hello,

I used to be able to create a new Issue ( C ) whilst viewing a Sprint.  When the Issue was created there was an option ( link ) to add the Issue to the current Sprint.  That no longer seems to be an option.

Is there an option for this?

Thanks.  I have the ability to add an issue to an existing Sprint.  What's missing is the ability to Create and Close a Sprint.
