No Team-Managed Workflow Customization in JWM?

Customizable workflows seems to be missing from my team-managed projects in JWM.

This Jira Work Management Support page indicates the feature should be available.

Is this feature available in JWM?

Hi @Jeremy D ,

in order to manage workflows in your team-maganaged project you need to be an Administrator for that project.

Hope this helps,

Fabio

I have created JWM based Team-Managed projects with multiple templates (e.g. Project management, Task tracking, etc.) and confirmed I am the admin of the project. The menu doesn't provide an option for workflow customization.

Note: I am also the Jira Admin and Org Admin.

Edit:

Additional Info: I am able to edit workflows in team-managed software projects.

Hi @Jeremy D ,

you should be able to manage workflow in a jira work management project.

Please take a look to the following guide https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/how-to-create-workflows-for-team-managed-projects/

To create or edit an additional workflow:

  1. From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Issue types.

  2. Select the issue type > Edit workflow.

  3. Adjust the workflow as needed.

  4. To save your changes, select Update workflow.

  5. From the dropdown, deselect lozenges to specify which issue types the workflow will apply to.

  6. Select Save.

Please, let me know if it works on your side.

@Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_  That was it. Thank you. I didn't see it initially.
