Hi,

So i had to restore Jira databse because of bad Addon, that addon wasnt allow Jira to start properly, so I restored Jira from Backup.

Jira started but all my queues from all projects are empty.
Tickets can be found but only if you type Ticket name in URL but all queues are empty.

Will reindexing help?

Your instinct is correct - any time you change the database outside Jira, you absolutely must run a complete (locking, not background) re-index.

This might not be the problem in this case, but you stand no chance of finding or fixing the actual problem until after you have re-indexed in full.
