No able to see the cascading field in bulk edit

Hi Team,

there is a Deviniti [Dynamic Forms] - Dynamic Cascading Select field "Category | Sub-Category" and we are unable to see this field in bulk edit to change values for this field. Anyone have any idea why it is not visible in the bulk edit.

I don't have that app installed, but I tested this out with a native Jira custom cascading field and was able to add and edit from the bulk change function.

My hunch is that since it's a custom field provided by a third party app, that field type might not be supported in the bulk editor. I've seen this issue with other (non Deviniti) apps and Jira functions before.

I'd recommend reaching out to the vendor for an official answer. I found this link to their support service desk: https://deviniti.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

Also, if there's no way to access the field in the bulk editor, ask them if it's possible to update that field through the CSV importer function. Just a thought!
