One of the Jira Cloud instances I manage has four users, but none of those users has admin access. I almost never use this particular Jira instance, so I'm not sure what happened, or when it happened, but now I need to figure out how to give the owner of this Jira instance admin rights... which would be trivial, if I was an admin...
Is there any way someone can give the owner -- or myself -- admin privileges?
Thanks in advance...
@Steve Sobol - You can raise a ticket to Atlassian asking for the contact that has admin access on your site, they might be able to provide you the admin for your instance.

Who created the site and added the Jira product? That person by default will be an admin for the site.

Hi @Trudy Claspill ,
With employee turnover being what it is, my guess is that person is probably long gone - and it's not always easy to get admin access back.
