No attachement on the portal

Hello, 

 

Since few days, the attachements of requests are only available in the backoffice of JIRA nor in the requests of the portal desk. 

 

Could help me display attachement to the request from the portal please?

Hi Constance,

 

If an attachment is not showing in the customer portal, it may be two causes:

- The attachment was not added in the comment: If someone only attaches a file but not add the link in the comment, the customer will not be able to see the file in the portal.

- The renderer of the field comment is set to "Default text renderer": If this field has the renderer "Default text renderer" instead of "Wiki style renderer", the customer will only see in the comment, for example, [^file.pdf] and will not be able to open the file.

If that's the case, you must go to the Project settings > Fields > Click on the "edit" icon > Search for the field "Comment" > Renderers > Change to "Wiki style renderer" > Update.
