×Hola. Soy nuevo en Jira. Estoy intentando configurarlo para gestión de trabajo concretamente producción de vídeos.
Estoy creando campos personalizados en la configuración de la instancia. Por ejemplo "guión" o "lista de comprobaciones". Pues bien, después de crearlos, no puedo incorporarlos a la incidencia ya que no aparecen en la zona de "CAMPOS YA CREADOS".
He entrado en todos los menús y no voy la manera.
Gracias por cualquier ayuda!
PD: Estoy buscando un consultor al que contratar para todas las configuraciones.

Perdoname de responder en Inglés ... My guess is you are in a team managed project. Custom fields in this type of project are not managed centrally, but in the project itself (and not shared with other projects in your instance). So you would have to create your additional custom fields inside your project instead of centrally. As an alternative, you may create a company managed project instead, where you would be able to use your centrally created custom fields.

Additionally, to your question about finding a consultant: have a look into the Atlassian Partner Directory to find a partner in your neighbourhood.
